Joshua has been surveying residential property for nearly a decade, with 15 years’ experience in the property industry.
He began his surveying career with one of the country’s largest residential surveying firms and has surveyed a wide range of properties, from period homes in Central London to countryside properties across the Home Counties.
Joshua specialises in residential surveys and valuations, providing clear, practical and independent advice, with a strong focus on clear communication and making technical property matters easy for clients to understand.
Theo Ambursley
MRICS, RICS Number: 6888535
Theo is a RICS Chartered Building Surveyor with nearly a decade of experience in the building surveying and property sector.
He holds a Master’s degree with Distinction in Building Surveying and spent much of his career at global real estate firm CBRE, progressing to Senior Building Surveyor. During this time, he surveyed and advised on a wide range of properties of varying ages and construction types across the UK.
Theo has extensive knowledge and expertise in building pathology and takes great pride in helping clients understand the property they are buying or selling, allowing them to make well-informed decisions.
